Lip skin keep peeling

My lipskin keeps peeling everytime I apply lip balm or lipstick, it's really frustrating, anyone has any advise?

Is the lip balm you're using lip gloss or medicated lip balm? Try vaseline, they have very good moisturizing lip balms that prevent lips from peeling

Try brushing your lips gently with your toothbrush to get rid of the dried or dead skin before applying lip balm or vaseline.

There are two main reasons for this happening:

1) you could be allergic to the lipstick/balm you are putting on. Try a hypoallergic cream instead.

2) you are not getting enough water in your body. Drink 8-10 glasses a day.
