Nose job in Singapore? (doctors? prices?)

Hello,
I'm interested in nose plastic surgery and upper lip lift (only in Singapore, as I can't travel abroad). who do you recommend? and what are the average prices?
Mind you; I am a Caucasian and I want to reduce the size of my nose, nothing involving my nose bridge...etc - So i'd rather go to a doctor who is more experienced in Caucasian noses
