Any chance of watching the 49ers-Panthers playoff game? It's at 2 am (on a Monday). Are there any bars that may be open at that time showing American Football?

Is this post still alive? the season is around the corner :)

Any recommendations of where to watch NFL games for a newbi in Singapore? My wife and I will be moving to Singapore next week, would really appreciate any feedback.

Get MyRepublic or ViewQuest for your ISP and you'll be able to stream it from US based sites without VPN.

If you mean an actual physical place, 'Dan Ryan's' (yes, like the name of the expressway in Chicago) has them. I'm sure other places too.

Hey.. I'm a hardcore lions fan as well. I just recently moved to Singapore in May. I'm craving for the season and it's finally here. Waiting for Matty's magic lol. Where do you stay? We can catch up for drinks and during season games. You can reach me at +12487036731.

Why should they make a long distance call to the seychelles? it's definitely not a local number.

It looks like country code +1, USA, area code 248, north Detroit, Michigan calling area.

True. Never gave the 1 a thought. Still not a local number. ;-) of course he could be using his US number here - but after 4 months here? :o
