Am I missing something here ?

How can you post $75K bond and have two sureties imposed by Mindef at the same time?
it is either one not both

This is not according to the guideline.

They are one and the same thing - 2 sureties for the bond.

No . they are NOT.

If a child leaves SG after the age of 13 and did not report or registered at the age of 16 and half or even registering the per enlist NS overseas online, and wishes to remain outside SG, a $75K bond is required to be put up OR two sureties in replacement of the bond . One to be his parent and the other a living relative in SG.

This has been the guideline of Enlistment Act Cap 93 section 33 revison 01/11/2001 and Enlistment Act Amendment 2005
