Kovan Murders - Brunette man suspect

Post by Chantikki » Thu, 11 Jul 2013 1:21 am

Did you see the news? A caucasian blonde woman killed 2 Singaporean men. Dragged one in a car 1km.

Pretty grisly murder for Singapore.

[Edited]

Okay I change the title to reflect the new hair colouring and sex of the suspect

Where do you see any remotely factual information that a caucasian blonde woman killed them or is even suspected?

I googled Kovan murders, and dozens of links say nothing about the suspect, not even a gender.

I added the word "blond", and your thread here is the first google hit. The second hit is a hardware zone thread with vague rumors about it, and they're saying it is a woman with dyed blonde hair. They link to a Yahoo story which says nothing about "caucasian" or "blonde", except rumors in the comments.

Can you link to something factual please?

One of the local news portals has a caucasian lady as a witness to the car driving along with the body under it.

Hope this helps :o

That's the only link to Caucasian I could find as well and I've been following since last night as it's not very far away from my house. Actually I feel really bad for anybody who has to get their information from HardwareZone forum.

I believe it was the caucasian lady who actually gave the police the Silver Camray & tag number. Which is interesting as that tag number 14J is the same number of the tag of the owners of the property they lived at (don't know what the make of the car that arrived on the scene with family members nor the first three letters. But is does seen strange as both vehicles have the last three digits the same.
Family members and friends of two suspected murder victims arrived at the mortuary to identify their bodies at 8.15am on Thursday. The two men who died were father and son.

Four men and two women came in a car whose license plate also bears "14J," matching the number of the family's home on Hillside Drive.

It must be her, eye witnesses are always the first suspect!

It was on yahoo.com news last night, but now that information has been removed. But if you look at the comments other people saw it also. Will be interesting to see if it was a journalist mistake or they wanted to keep that quiet for now.

This is the same artcile I read on yahoo last night. Found it by doing a simple google search.

SMS- can you link to the correct report which says that the caucasian lady was actually the eye witness? I can't find it.

Its the opening story on the Asia Number One site.

It has her picture too which is a bit odd as she was just a witness.

Maybe the link should have read identified-by ..........

Still makes a better story if its a white lady.

Helps to feed the current psyche

Maybe it is them being desperate to feed the anti-FT xenophobia?

Come to think of it, why the hype over the identity of the eye witness? Shouldn't they concentrate on the murderer instead?!

I see her, thanks.

This is what the original news report said.

Police are looking for the driver of a silver Toyota Camry with car licence plate SGM 14J in connection with the two bodies found in Kovan on Wednesday evening. Police say the suspect is a Caucasian female. Anyone with information on the driver or the case may call 1800-255-0000.

The license plate thing is weird. Two cars or the same car?
Someone on the yahoo site commented that they lived near the house and saw the car (used in the murder) parked there all the time.

The reason you cannot find the report is that the online birdcage liner removed it as the information was apparently incorrect.

IN the meantime, the Silver Camrey has been found at an Industrial estate at Eunos Ave 7

My first thought was 'Thank God Hanni is in Thailand - she'll have a rock solid Alibi!'

Because who the hell knows how to spell or pronounce damned Japanese weird words that they name cars. Can't be bothered to go look up the spelling. It's as bad as the thing I'm driving! What the hell is a Kia and it sure doesn't look anything like South American to me either (Rio). :?
