Interesting Wd40, it's much of what I've been saying for a while now. Glad to have some external support. ;-)

you might have been saying it, but I have experienced it ... unfortunately.

we came hare on a very low offer thinking ... it's a "foot in a door", we'll move up soon. But we (my hubby in fact) were in for a surprise.

But hey, A job is better than NO job. In today's market, I could be on a street tomorrow.
