No the employer didn't tick for S pass, the letter says salary is less. I did enquiry wth the HR of my org they r nt ready to raise the salary . They will do re apply . After how many days can we re apply a new EP

Whenever they want. If they are raising your salary, make sure you are getting it else you may well find yourself deported should it come to light that you are kicking back funds to the employer in order to defraud MOM. Not sayin' your are, but just be aware that it does / has happened numerous times here.
