So, the world renowned and many times awarded chef Gordon Ramsay has come to Singapore to do a "cook off"with some hawkers, at the request of some Singaporean hawkers, Singtel and some internet bloggers...
Of course, he arrived today and went to one Chicken Rice place he said - "The Chilli is a bit hot" (what context this was in I don't know) but, the reactions of the Singaporean keyboard warriors on the stomp FB page has been disgusting! Really, I don't understand this!
Things like "Ang Moh can only eat ketchup" and "Why don't you F&&& off back to Britain" and other such slurs.. Why invite him here????
The racist comments of a guy who has simply made one simple remark and it's bee reported is crazy! No wonder they censor the press in this country, otherwise it'd be bedlam, people cannot take constructive criticism and overreact in a primitive and truly awful way!
