The reason being, is that o booked from a place called " Sany Travel" who claimed to be the only travel agent to organise Port dickson from Singapore . We went on a 3 day 2 night . But on the first day we only arrived in port dickson at 7 pm ... having left singapore at 9 am ... thats quite a bit of travelling. On the 3rd day, we had to check out at 11 am ...
does any one know where i can complain about this .
FYI - the website states PD is only 3 1/2 hours away from Singapore

Wonder if your coach stopped by many places to pick up passengers?

u can complain to CASE if u feel that u'd been cheated. but i think u'd to become a member 1st. thus will cost u some money and waiting too.

We drove up on 29th Dec and it took us close to 4 hrs driving leisurely. We used the second link and the North - South HW. Unless your coach stopped repeatedly enroute there is no reason why it took 9 hrs.

I really feel cheated by the Sany travel as i paid preimums but the output was worst than i can plan myself... then why do we need travel agent in the first place

Check back at their website if they have a disclaimer on their information posted, if there is, then you might not have a claim against them.

Just suck it up and put it down to experience mate. There is really no point in complaining just plan it better next time.
