"BLITZ Hair salon" in Holland village is a cheat

Hi all

I just want to warn ppl off from this salon at Holland village called " Blitz" its near NYDC on the second floor.

Earlier this year, i went for a perm (Real curls) and it cost 230+ to my dismay, the perm was done so bad as the girl kept on getting someone to help and the curls ended up unbalance. One side was like dreadlocks and the other half was curly.

There were sorry and offered free treatments until my hair healed then they said they will straighten and re perm it. And i believed them. The treatments came and they stratighen it and THAT WAS IT . NOW they WONT DO ANYTHING WITHOUT CHARGING ME. I even went to CASE as i felt cheated, i do not need to pay $200+ for straight hair (that i already have) CASE also felt so, but BLITZ do not even reply to me nor to CASE.....

Really i trusted this place for so long, for cuts and colours and they can even treat repeating customer like me like that.

Please please share this with your friends as i do not want anyone to be cheated like me. And hair salon who cannot even do their job well should pay for their mistakes.

FYI - My hair was chest lenght, and now i have no choice but to cut it to ears lenght.

Regardless of the money issue, they apparently did their job well for a long time or why would you keep going back? Mistakes happen for a variety of reasons - I do sympathise, and it seems they are not handling it well, but please try to give a balanced view.

Just a thought - perhaps they no longer want your business, hence saying they will charge for further treatment as they know you will not pay?

Why i am upset is that, they said many things to make me believe they will help to restore the hair and re perm again. then once that is done, no body and jst pretended that was it, even with all the prior arrangments that was made . Possible that they do not want my business anymore, but thats just bad business for them, if everytime they make a mistake and they throw away their customer, in no time, their customer base would only be new customers only .

Sounds stupid ... just because they did a good job for a long time, thats no excuse for such a shabby treatment of a customer. Bebe, i can emphatise with you as i have had some really pathetic experiences of customer service in singapore and believe me if you dont voice your concerns to the higher ups, things are not gonna change and singapore is gonna become even worst.

Hence for the sake of the country we reside, FIGHT IT OUT and F*&^ their happiness. Atleast, things might be better tomorrow for ALL HERE.
