Regardless of this guy's political views, I think he makes some valid points:

He's misunderstood why Pres. Obama became a constitutional expert. It's for the same reason I became an Australia taxation expert... to get around the law as expediently as possible.

I used to be an Obama supporter... but recently man he's annoyed me. The Snowden and prosecution of journalism thing in particular makes me wonder if he remembers he has sworn to uphold the constitution (you know the fourth amendment thing?).
