Food intolerance-where to buy foods/supplements

Post by PPO » Tue, 25 Jun 2013 10:59 am

Hi,
Our family has lactose, gluten, egg issues and have looked around the supermarkets and some health food stores.
Can anyone recommend where is a good place to buy alternative foods.
We generally live on turkey, chicken, fish with lots of vegies and salads.
Generally food is all home cooked but as we are not in our own place yet we are eating out and sauces in foods is causing us havic with out stomachs.
Any good naturopaths recommendations also welcome.

I get my supplements online, if that's what you are looking for. You may check these:

sg.fitlion.com
supplementshop.com.sg (i've had bad experience with them)
nutrifirst.net
nutritionpark.com
gymshack.com
tsw.com.sg

Here's more, and they're all over SG:
GNC (expensive, but they give discounts to members)
Nature's Farm

1) Coldstorage has some choice (organic and general sections)
2) Brown Rice Paradise (Tanglin Mall)
3) in the Park House condo (off Orchard Blvd) there are 2 big organic shops
4) Eat Organic (Bukit Timah Rd)
5) For better quality meat we use Swiss Butcher (several locations)
