Hi,

Can people tell that's true you have to give 2months bond for sharing a house in Singapore while ony one month bond for flat ?

I thought the norm was one month's rent bodn for each year of the lease.

That is, one month rent = one year lease.....and so on.

Yup. ONE month security bond for every year of lease.

Simetimes, the landlord might request for more bond if he had spent a fortune buying furniture or renovate the house for the tenant.
