What is her skill-set and qualifications? Does she speak fluent English?

"i am unable to find a job that is suitable for thai nationality" is an odd thing to say, since there are Thais all over Singapore at all ends of the spectrum, from Yellow I/C card holders working in the 'entertainment' industry to bankers making loads of cash. What type of job do you consider "suitable for thai nationality"?

PS, had this funny stuff in a Thai restaurant .. food comes, and my colleague tastes it and tells the waitress "wow, your cook must be great, ... tastes very authentic Thai .. " and the waitress goes "of course, our good thai cook from Philippines .."
