Just sat down for lunch and splat! Right in the middle of my salmon bento. I swear the little feathered plucker was laughing at me.

New table, new meal and then the guy across from me pours his soup over himself.

Lau Pa Sat for that exciting dining experience.

With such a long CB, I was expecting the property transactions to fall to 90%, but read that it only fell 30+%?
