East Coast Condos - Villa Marina ?

Post by braddmlewis » Mon, 27 Dec 2004 7:39 pm

Hi,
Myself, my wife and my 7 month old daughter are moving to Singapore in the Feb-May timeframe and would like to settle in the east coast.
To date we really like the look of villa marina, we are wanting a reasonable size 3 bedroom apartment in the region of 3k per month, with good facilitys and some space and amenities for children.

If anyone is staying at Villa Marina or has any experience there it would be greatly appreciated.

Also any ideas on east coast condos that may be similar would be warmly welcomed.

Regards

I lived there 2 years back, it was an okie development, gd location as its close to restaurants, hawkers etc... no MRT nearby though..we had to take taxis and buses.

Unit was a bit dark, so we had to turn on the lights sometimes during the daytime.. the facilities area is very crowded during the weekends, so I avoided using them at the weekends..

I think you should take a look at Pebble Bay, it's worth taking a look at it. It's also the resort type.
