I don't think the rating has anything to do with this, it's what is actually in the air that is making it hard to breath. I've been in China at much higher levels with no problem breathing at all, as they weren't burning down forests.
Here is US Embassy feed for Beijing, it's reporting in AQI:

Singapore AQI:
http://aqicn.org/city/singapore/central/
The Beijing numbers on the Singapore page are the same scale, but as reported by the Chinese government. So false.

Oh aye!
And the whole time from reach around until he was on the ground in Sweden he'd be posting about how much more he could get for his $(or rupee) in Bangalore

How a bottle of vodka from a corner/bottle-shop doesn't cost US$150 in India...
p.s. Yes, that's what state controlled/prohibition does in Scandinavia. You only get to buy it 5.5 days a week, and then when you can add $100 in taxes on the front.

Given that it seems to increase as the day goes on we must be on course for a new record. Last night's 321 was the highest recorded to date.
We are all part of history

God save us!
JR8, close windows and turn on the air-conditioning. This is the least you can do to save your lungs (and eyes).
