Do you send money from Singapore back to myanmar or vietnam?

I am currently still studying in NTU, Singapore and I am doing a project on Myanmese/Burmese or Vietnamese people living in Singapore and I would appreciate any help from you guys in regards to how they live and whether it is any different from Singaporeans.

To start of, I have a couple of Questions
1)Where do you normally frequent in Singapore? Why?
2)What is your occupation?
3)Do you send any money back to Myanmar/Burma?
4)If so, how do you go about doing so? Is there a reason why you chose this method?

Any other interesting facts would help a great deal.
