Our lease is almost finished. We moved out of our
condo as we needed to go overseas. I have tried to contact several contractors but a few have said that it's too short notice and they can't fix it before our lease ends. Now the question is, what happens if we are unable to rectify the defects in the condo before it expires? Does the landlord simply take care of it and deduct it from out deposit? Contractor suggestions will also be appreciated!
