If the Singapore government allows free speech instead of silencing those who speak the truth then there really won't be any need for this video. If the Singapore government makes HR hiring and firing policies less flexible as well as make it hard for foreigners to get just about any job in Singapore then this video won't be necessary. If the cost of living is way less than what most ordinary Singaporeans earn then this video is not necessary. This video thingy reminds me of days back in KL where are propaganda videos showing everyone in the video flashing their pearly whites when really on the ground everyone is so unhappy.

What is this 'truth' that you speak of which is silenced? Please do enlighten us.

OIC - us 'foreign trash' are to blame for this video as well then? Interesting logic.

Just watched it. Nice acoustic guitars, flashy cuts between city and parks, well-intentioned and unsurprising platitudes from people you'd never take advice from seriously.

"...I like fashion a lot, I think it runs in the family that the girls in my family all loves [sic] shoes". Wow, there's surprise.

the recent sex for government contracts or sex for grades news is only what most people see on the surface. dig deeper into unofficial news sites or blogs of politicians in the likes of dr chee and there's a lot more that's not reported. anyway, i am not going to go deep into 'enlightening' this truth as it will be never ending discussion that may just go out of hand

I never called foreigners trash nor did I specifically lay blame on foreigners on this video. that said, simple jobs like secretarial or admin jobs do not really need a foreigner to fill in.

Maybe this would be better?

Make The Homeless Smile

Oh, I forgot. There are no homeless people in Singapore. Allegedly.

If you can't see them, they don't exist!
