Playdates in River Valley Area-14 month old

I just moved from the US to Singapore in May with my husband and 14 month old daughter. I am looking to meet up with other Mamas in the River Valley area (and possibly further out once I get used to traveling around) to socialize my daughter with other children and of course meet some friends for me as my husband works long days.
