Can anyone tell me if there's any demand for Western expats in this field nowadays in Singapore or is external demand satisfied by third party providers from the sub-continent like Infosys, TCS etc? Hard to tell by searching online portals, as are local salary guides.
I am a UK mainframe professional, 18 years experience, last 8 years spent at a major UK bank. Current salary/bonus/pension package (London) is around £60k gross.
Possibly interested in a change of scene, having spent a fair amount of time in SE Asia previously.
Any info much welcome.
