1st PR application status had charged

Hi All,

Since i was decided to re-apply my Singapore PR 2nd time for coming month. During my preparation, i check through my 1st PR application status had turned from "rejected" to "no status".

Pl advise for the mentioned status, is there will affected my incoming application? what should i do for this.

Have u receive the rejection letter from ICA yet??

IF no, wait for it and see what is mention in it before deciding..

And also when was ur 1st application?

i had received the rejection letter since last year Dec 2012 and my 1st application was on Oct 2012.

It just means the file has been closed as there wasn't any appeal made. Once your reapply a new file will be generated and it will be back to processing/pending/rejected/approved as the case may be.

What was written on the letter?

Like you are welcome to continue working here blah blah blah or you may apply again after etc etc?

akrapovic, I hope it didn't say you can work here a long as you want on an EP but....

...because if it did, he's showing them that their initial decision was correct in rejecting, by his applying again with probably nothing new except a raise. :-|

They didn't mention anything special, just stated to be encouraged to re-apply in 01 yrs' time. =)

Is it December 2013 yet? Go ahead and reapply now. Show them you cannot even follow simple instructions that were given to you in the last rejection letter. :roll:

Hi sundaymorningstaple,

Actually i will going to re-apply in Aug 2013. Is that any issues/harm?

Upon Aug 2013, i was officially stay in SG for 03 year (from Aug 2010) that is the reason i have decided to re-apply earlier.

You received your rejection letter in December 2012, It said reapply after one year. So, you want to apply in 8 months in spite of the fact that they told you 12 months. Go ahead, apply. They will be more an impressed with one who cannot follow simple instructions. :roll:

I found my rejection letter dated 29/11/2012.
Therefore, i will re-submit my application on 30/11/2013 or after.
