Considering MS's background history on this Little Red Dot, before bailing out of Singapore, he can use any term he wants from any era he wants. He knows more of the inner working of this government than all of us here put together. Do a search and learn.
All of us here with any time in grade here, appreciate what he brings to this board and are very thankful that he IS here. One of our most valuable assets here.
(MS, boy is that gonna cost you!)

Since OP is from PNG and a certain tribe there has powers to predict the future, perhaps OP may wish to comment further.
My friend who lived/worked in PNG had a traumatic related experience but later his opinion was that all the predictions were nonsense.
I do not relate this factual story to discredit the OP, it's just that agitation amongst a group of expats here may alert the Authorities which could compromise open/free speech on this Forum.
( I did send a post the other day about Standard Procedures on this Forum; it was in the context of the above that I posted. I believe OP's original posting was a difficult call for the Moderator with whom, on balance, I agree ).

Don't get me wrong. I seriously applaud its use. 'DORK' is a GREAT word that I had forgotten!

"Later"? You mean at some point he believed otherwise?
This thread is teaching me a lot about humans.

I think OP's senses were right judging by the reaction to the "Red Wedding" episode on Game of thrones on Saturday night

I saw many red Special Command Ops trucks this morning; so many that the traffic was slowed down.
Is this related?

If you mean just across from the British Council / Australian Embassy.....they are often there.
I just don't go along with scaremongering, this place is already paranoid enough without making it worse. Sensible precautions, as everywhere, will pay off but there is little you can do to counter a crazy person.

I saw them hogging the road from Keppel to Capital Tower/CPF building.

I was in DC on 9/11 and these types of rumors were commonplace for the 2-3 years afterwards. They were all 100% BS fearmongering.
