This is more like a basic requirement than a plus. If you find somebody willing to hire you this somebody will be your guarantor in some required or not extent. Agree. yeah I took the Gulf as a basis for comparison due to the high expats ratio but sure environments are totally different, and they're more different too if compared to the European Community one I suppose.
About research facilities ... are all state labs, private companies?
Is easier to apply for an interview directly there?
And which companies are hosted in Singapore in the Research field?
