Piano/keyboard playing facilities

Hi. I just started working at Singapore. I started playing piano more than a year ago, though I did not take any formal lessons. My aim is to be able to sight read well, so I guess I need to be classically trained. However, I am more concerned about practicising playing. Ideally, I'd like to join a club or something of that sort which provides keyboard/piano playing facilities which I can access if I pay a membership fee. Because I think one hour of playing a week is insufficient. Any suggestion is appreciated!

You can rent out the practice room at the library in the Esplanade; it's about $6/hr. The practice room has a nice piano in it. You need to have a membership which costs non citizens/PR's but I use the library a lot, so it's worth it to me.
