hello...good day specially to the Moderator...sorry for being a jerk the first time i made a post but ok yeah i learned from it...now i have some good friends...atleast friends whom i don't need to spend a dime..just by chilling out with them...seems just fine thank you

so now im currently playing FPS games...battlefield 3...all the time and DOTA 2...i just wonder how many gamers out there..who could be friends with a fellow gamer as well...

i don't mind if its a he/ she...as long as gamers...

please post here in my thread if in any case somebody is interested...

btw...also i have question regarding fiber internet...we are currently using the singtel 200mbps plan but somehow the ping is way too high on other countries...

i wonder what's the best fiber broad band service here in SG for international gaming as well...

thank you... :P

Well, I am. But I'm mostly an RPG gamer...my skill in FPS or DOTA 2 in multiplayer was never great, so just for beginner level, I guess, if compared with other people...

wahaha..skills does not matter we don't even need to be pros..

RPG hmm i only play like Dead Space 1 2 i havent started the 3 yet..maybe ill take a break into the horror rpg genre...btw im not playing midnight...im playing when im with my friends @ the living room hehe

maybe Assassins creed is an RPG open world..hehe i played that one too sad to say the money's not worth it..cause the game is too short..i guess even if i did almost 70% of the side quests...still it feels like...shallow...but that's just me..

last time i joined the alienware tournament but i got disqualified because im not a singaporean...so that was quite ridiculous..but i think its ok...btw its sc2...so i lost even before playing...

ok please add me up...Jynsanity15 well that's my steam...YES 1 down a million to go..: )

Well, don't waste your breath waiting for me to add you bro, cause I'm not in Steam at all...hahaha. And I'm not talking being a professional, I'm not even a great amateur. Like I said, beginner.

I don't play games every night for hours on end anymore (though once upon a time I did with my college friends, mostly Dota) Except maybe when something like Crysis 3 hit BlackBox...

But if there's some kind of gathering for some leisure 2 hour game on a weekend for CS, Battlefield or DOTA, I might be persuaded to join, although I have never played DOTA 2 before...all the hero skills are different, or? Heck, are the heroes the same?

I'm the "old" type of gamer, who plays for its storyline. Long ago, console/computer games were great, because of its stories. Then it changed. But I heard that developers are going to the old ways again, somewhat.

But yeah, maybe I'm getting old with more priorities...but I'm always a kid at heart.

If you're talking about fibre for gaming, Opennet may be the most common and installation is even free if you live in selected residences. But I hear rave reviews for MaxInfinity instead (I think Platinum is the best).

Used to play Dota, CS, WOW and other games but I no longer play right now. Been playing some augmented reality MMO game right now and I don't need fibre for that

Augmented reality MMO? Is that a game app for a smartphone?

wahhh..oh ok..understand...i think if we collect more players here..i think that is a great event idea...i somehow have the feeling that well get more players out here to play

btw just a segway whenever i see your username it reminds me of kimbo slice...the boxer turned mma fighter i dunno why i always think of him fighting..HEHEHE

@lynx

Maxinfinity? whose the service provider?...hmmm cause were 5 persons inside our house and all of us are gamers...so last time i tried to make friends with some expats but some of them went back to australia so i didn't get the chance to get in touch with them i just told them they can sms me they got my number whenver they go back here in sg...we can hang out just like old times...

hmm so i went back to being a gamer and yeah call me a nerd but i think the most fun part when im doing games is that i stimulate my multi tasking specially on FPS games...

or maybe its just me...i think that is my bleeding effect LOL

San Andreas has always been a favorite, but that's prolly because I've never played GTA4. CJ was an awesome protagonist for the series.

By the way, OP, I realize that this kind of conversation can be interesting for us geeks, but actually this is not the place (sub-forum) for it.

San Andreas too! But that's the only GTA instalment I've played before. Tried Vice City but didn't stick to it all the way. Gran Turismo and Need For Speed have seen good years too!
