Fat Leg

It's embarrassing, but my calves, the part just below my knee is fat. I hate it. Can anyone give me some tips on how to slim them? Or any products that's good for that? I am tired of wearing pants to cover them up.

Tip (and I'm being completely serious here): there are no men on the planet who care how fat your calves or your ankles are. Men stare, in approximate order, at boobs, butt, stomach and thighs.

I totally agree that man don't really bother about the details...but than...would'nt it be weird if you are slim everywhere else but the portion below the knee is not?

hi, dun worry .. u may try accupunture. Its a form of treatment practiced by the Chinese Physicians and have a history of 5000 years. It works wonder by the most natural way.

Except if a girl is walking past in a short skirt in the office and you don't want her to notice so you wait till she gets past before you have a look - Then you will also study the ankles and calf in great detail especially if they are wearing a sxey pair of black high heels that make that clacking sound as they walk past :wink:

(BTW to the original poster: Fat is relative - whats the rest of you like or are you just focusing on the only slight imperfection you have???)

try pilates, it will tone ur calves.

i also read somewhere about calf reduction surgery in korea. google it.

I suggest that you should climb more satirs, and hit the gym ,and do the stair climber as much as you can.At least it will help to tone the fat there.[/quote]

If it really bothers you about these minor details, you can go search about Liposuction of fats at the calves / ankles.

I doubt there are much doctors that know how to perform these kinda operations in singapore.

There seem to 1 doctors specializing in these. (At least from what i heard) Martin huang In MD Specialist Healthcare. Alternatively, you can Try searching about it on the net with keywords "Calves surgery" "Singapore".

hope you can fulfill yr dreams of having a sexy leg. :D

Yeah but thats taking the easy way out right.The best is still to exercise or get a personal trainer

Do not attempt to go for running/jogging if you are having fat leg. Try crossing both your hands at your back & doing the half squat up & down (about 20 times daily initially & increase the times as day goes by)
