+1 While tapping on their phones. I love when people walk into you because they are strolling on their phones - i do not move. A quick Boo (just before they hit you) scares the sh** out of most.

I commented on this a few years ago. What you describe is a kiasu game of chicken. Let them walk into you (most are simply expecting you to move out of their way). Better still get an elbow aimed at their face.
It's amazing how many 'blur like sotong' people will wake up at the last minute (quelle surprise). And those who don't... to hell with them, it's their problem.
