I am looking on moving from where I stay now (in the East) to a
condo/apt. somewhere that is centrally located, preferrably not more than 15 minutes from Orchard. I'm currently paying $1100 for a one bedroom fully furnished condo and I'm looking for something that is comparable in the town area. I have looked high and low and I just can't seem to find something that is reasonably priced. I would like to stay below $1200, close to MRT/bus lines and it must be fully furnished.
Any kind soul that may be able to offer their advice or suggestions is appreciated! Thank you.

That depends on your expectations and location preferred.
Condos normall range from S$1,200 in the east coast. We would have something suitable for you perhaps for Tanjong Ria where there are 1 bedroom units.
