I read somewhere there's a new bikers' hangout in Singapore, somewhere on Locke Street, but can't remember the name of the place. Anyone who can help me?
also, any feedback on the place?

Try Handle Bar, 1 Lock Road, Gillman Village. It is off Alexandra Rd just opposite BP Tower.
Busiest/best times are Friday night and Sunday evenings.
