Leaving Singapore? looking for helper who lives off site

Post by LisaRMC » Wed, 17 Apr 2013 10:55 am

If you are leaving Singapore or know of someone who is & they would like to place or recommend their helper, please send me a message.
We are a family of 3 with a 2 year old and small dog living near Holland Village and are looking for a live off site helper. We will even consider a part timer.
Thanks

Please be advised that they will have to be either Singaporean or Permanent Residents. Foreign Domestic Workers are not allowed to work for more than one employer or in more than one location except in certain instances where they are taking care of the employers children.

There several companies that can furnish part time or live out maids. Some are listed in the links page in my signature near the top of the 2nd column but I do not vouch for them. See my disclaimer on the page.

You best bet is to check the bulletin boards in places like Cold Storage, The American/British clubs and the classifieds sections of the various newspapers and online classifieds on sites like ours.

I've always thought that rule a little ridiculous... I mean a maid is a slave right?
