Sorry ghey men.... it's still illegal. The case was thrown out and the respected, learned judge suggested that the legislature should deal with it.

I am neither going to celebrate in sorrow or relief, I am fairly indifferent about it to be honest, I learned to be like that since I got here, no point in getting all worked up about something that doesn't affect me and I can do nothing to change.
