Feeling lethargic all the time

Is it because I lack exercise that's why I feel weak and lethargic all the time? I am only in my early 30s but I feel old..

Hmm.... i would think that it is due to lifestyle factors.... one of which would be your lack of exercise, the other is probably your diet, an unbalanced or unhealthy diet can cause some of our bodily functions to work poorly such that we tire easily and feel lethargic, if u can't make yourself have healthy foods at each meal time, its best to take supplements that help the body in its functions

your environment could also be a cause, such as your work place... is it a stressful place with high levels of free radicals and positive ions? computers give out a lot of positive ions.... try to go near some plants to decharge

if u need any help u can email mi at [email protected]....

Thanks but I am afraid I won't require your products or services...so don't try to sell me anything, I am only interested with people's advise on how I can improve my health.

u might have a problem called Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS).

Its not new..its not a disease too so don't worry.

In fact, i have it...

do see a doctor after u have done your research and ask yr doc abt it.

Consider your lifestyle

Hey..

The first thing I would do is look at your overall health. I used to always have to have an afternoon nap or would be completely zonked out by 3 o'clock but this year ( for other reasons- mainly to lose weight) have taken up exercisinf and made quite a few diet changes-less caffeine more fruit and vegetables .. you know what I mean and one of the biggest things I have found as the weight has come off is that I am less tired now. I never have a nap now and am no where near as lethargic any more. So my advice see if you need to lose a bit of weight or improve your diet and exercise...If problem persists see your doctor!!
