PR application - under Spouse or PTS scheme - pls advise

Hi,

Please advise if I should be applying for PR under Spouse scheme or PTS scheme? which is better...

Self: On EP since 20 months, working in IT (7000 SGD per month)
Spouse: SPR since 4 years
Married: Since 2 years
Nationality: Indian (both)
Children: Not yet

Hard to say.

What is your spouse's salary? If it is much higher than yours, I would apply under spouse scheme. If its similar, I would apply under PTS.

I dont think it should matter much because either way you apply, you are going to mention your spouse's details.

To be honest, no one can advise on the chances of approval. If you read the forum you will understand that there are N factors and not just 3-4. It is on a case by case basis too.
