Help: do you own a Toyota Wish?

Post by The Ref » Mon, 08 Apr 2013 9:52 pm

I bought a 2005 Wish off a friend leaving the island last week. He has left and it didnt come with a manual... so ... :???:

The dash lights are dimmed so far that I cant see the speed at night (it seems to glow slightly, just very dim). I can easily see the needle, just not the associated numbers.

Google will not find me a manual and I cant find any switch / knob / dial to alter the dash lights.

If you know how to brighten the light or if you have a manual could you please look it up and reply?

Thanks in advance

Ask here:
http://www.twcsg.org/

2.
http://ebookbrowse.com/to/toyota-wish-manual
Point google to the specific manual and let it translate

Thanks x9200, i tried to register at the twcsg forum but the register button brings an error :( I did a google site search on twcsg.org to no avail

Secondly, the ebookbrowse site is useless, giving an error of

Code: Select all

"Sorry, we are unable to generate a view of the document at this time. Please try again later.

You can also try to download the original document by clicking here."
The site goes off to carbaze.com which has specs but not the manual.

So still no luck for me - I will keep looking but if someone knows the answer please put me out of my misery.

i'll be honest, i don't think you can adjust the brightness for the dash of this car. you might have faulty leds.

if you think otherwise, pay a teenager $10 to figure it out. if they can't do it, no one can.
