car seat upholstery

A very small, side section of the front car seat is worn off. Is it possible to replace just this part or the whole seat has to go for an upholstery? I am hesitant to pay 500++ to replace everything when just a 10sq cm are is in bad condition.

sin ming block 7! first coupla shops - there's a car seat upholstery type shop.

i've seen them replacing a seat cover (just the bottom bit) before when i had my car a/c done at an adjacent shop.
