Financial Year-End Bonus, Am I Eligible?

thanks for all the responses guys, I've followed and listened to all of your advices and found that they're pretty much correct.

I talked with HR, and after going back and forth, they finally told me exactly what I want to know:

If I resign within the month of receiving the bonus, doesn't matter if it's before or after, I will not be receiving them (or have to pay back 100%).

So don't resign but accept the other offer. Work both jobs until you can resign. I've done it before.
