Your brother studying a masters will get you through for sure!

(in all seriousness he probably has a better chance of PR than you).
Now I'm called PNGMK

Does your wife work for the same company as you?

An obvious scam is when the same company hires husband and then wife on LOC, especially since in your case her salary is so low she would not have gotten a pass for herself.

If the 7k salary is a base salary(without bonus, commissions etc) you should apply. You have a decent chance.

Words in Bold may be the negative factors for you. You have not been married for long. Brother studying in SG, does not count for sure, if he is a foreigner too. Wait for 2 more years? Good Luck !

Brother studying in singapore is a negative. It would clearly appear that you are supporting you brother for fees accommodation etc.

ICA doesn't like additional baggage.

Agree with Wd. I wouldn't mention the brother at all unless they ask. Does the initial application ask about extended family? I know that they sometimes ask for more details later...

Initial application has a section to fill about family members, occupation and location

On a lighter note, I find the words 'as of now' funny. What do you plan to change?

I think he means that is marital status and race is seen negatively by ICA as of now although the way he phrased it could change the meaning.
