Actually number 9 (Take a drive) seems wide of the mark to me. If only the police were actually out and about enforcing the law, then perhaps we wouldn't see so much idiotic driving. So I don't think 'boring' is the right adjective for this one; 'tedious' and 'irritating' would be more apt IMO.
The other items in the list sounded about right though.
Be careful what you wish for

A few of the genuinely boring things for me are :
1. watching local tv - total mind numbing experience
2. walking around in malls - its possibly the single most infuriating thing ever.
3. the monotony of uniformity, the same ugly hdb buildings, the same labels in malls, the same effing food courts, coffee shops everywhere you go its so bland, the color schemes in buildings ughhh
To get there early is on time and showing up on time is late

I don't mind reading some of the local papers at the weekend......!
They forgot to add a few, though:
Orchard Road on a weekend
Lau pa sat
People chatting about going on exotic weekend breaks (to Bali)
People talking about the cost of things in every other sentence

I wanted to add certain things but infuriating is not boring.
"A quokka is what would happen if there was an anime about kangaroos."

I swear to God that if I put a random sign that says 'FREE: Please queue this way -->' I will see a snaking line of kiasu people queueing for nothing, and they don't even know what they're queueing for!

Riding the MRT until you've reached every stop -- boring, but at least there's air conditioning on the trains.

And you can do this for the cost of the fare between City Hall and Raffles Place. Just go the other direction and transfer to the green/red line out in Jurong.
