Plastic Surgery - have you had one? share your experience

I am just curious as to how many people out there have had plastic surgery, and your take on plastic surgery. I mean to go through all that pain just for vain? With the recent tv shows and beauty contests centered around plastic surgery, no wonder more women are suffering from depression and insecurity. Is beauty not within or have times changed?

Do guys out there really look at appearances before you would even go up to a girl to say 'hello' or for that matter date a girl who could have mediocre looks?

looks do play a part in everything... but overall it comes down to the package... you need a little bit of everything...
but i guess most impt in a person is the x-factor... unexplainable factor that makes the fella attractive....
like bjork... she doesn't look that great... but hell she's got lotsa x-factor...
