help needed (kid bubbling)

dear all,

my 1st post here, need advise on health issue for my kid, as follow:

no sure why morning my kid (8 years old) keep bubbling (sort of blowing bubbles) which he unable to control from time to time. sometimes in the afternoon it did happen.

asked him any pain from the body but he said no. was told that he can't control over it.

any recommendation to see how to move forward.

Take him to a doctor? Don't let him drink soapy water during his bath?

thanks for the prompt response, more detail as follow:

already visited Professor Phua is a Senior Consultant in the Department of Paediatrics. His interiest is in paediatric gastroenterology. He from KK Hospital children clinic, but unable to find any abnormality after his check.

is he your first/only child?
