My Japanese for your English,Portuguese or Spanish

Postby kiki27 » Wed, 20 Mar 2013 3:04 pm

Hi all

I am Japanese 27F and looking for someone who can teach me English, Portuguese or Spanish!
I speak English fluently but I also want to maintain it as I do not get to speak English here so often!

I am really keen to practise my Portuguese or Spanish as well!

If anyone is interested in learning Japanese in exchange, please let me know!

Hope to hear from you all :)

May I ask, how can you not practice your English often here in Singapore?

I'm currently studying German, but I used to study Japanese. Only the basics. Still got the accents right though. So the knowledge is still at the corner of my brain somewhere.

Anyway, as long as you already got a grip in English fluently, I believe I can help you with some conversational English.

Hi Akimbo

Thanks for your reply. Well, I work for a Japanese company and all my colleagues are Japanese so I don't use English as frequently as I like here.
I'm fairly new in this country so I'm trying to meet more people on this site as well:)

Yeah it will be cool if you wanna catch up!

Hello and welcome to Singapore!

I would be most happy to converse in English with you. I'm learning Japanese at the moment with the intention of being able to speak it in a business setting eventually.

Can't PM yet, but you can email me at anappletree [at] gmail [dot] com. Looking forward to hearing from you soon!

Hi Kiki,

I am currently studying Japanese (very green), And anytime I can brush it up and polish it is great! I also need to maintain my English as I can already sense Singlish is crawling in my brain and is trying to take over.

Do let me know in a PM!

All the best.
Ilia
