Grammar is important!

Capitalization is the difference between helping your Uncle Jack off a horse and helping your Uncle jack off a horse.

I'd like to lodge a formal protest (well, not really ;)).

But surely you don't capitalise 'Uncle' as in your latter instance? It's makes no more sense than writing about your Mother and Father.
