Organic meat and eggs?

Post by kiwimama » Thu, 14 Mar 2013 3:32 pm

Anyone know of good sources for organic meat in Singapore? And/or free-range eggs? I've looked at the Organic Grocer website, does anyone have any experience with using them?

Cheers,
Nuala

Have seen free range eggs at fairprice finest at bishan. Not sure of the meat though.

Try a butcher shop called "The Butcher" in the basement of Parkway, right next to Cold Storage. Cold Storage might have the meat too, but I've never checked.

Thanks for the ideas, I'll check them out. I tried the Cold Storage in Tampines this morning, and found a very small selection of organic beef only, but at least something :)

Maybe: Swiss Butchery at Greenwood?

Or: Meat the Butcher on Bukit Timah just past Adam/Farrar? Their website says they will get the meat you want.
