Just wondering if ur application for citizenship is rejected, will ICA still keep the record of your application materials ?

Yep. In fact everything you send to the government is digitalized and filed with your FIN number. From the first time you every made a successful application for a residency visa (be in a WP, S Pass, EP, DP or LTVP, you will be assigned a permanent FIN number. This will never change until you successfully gain PR. Upon gaining PR, you will be given a NRIC (Blue) and an new number but all your old FIN records will be attached to the new folder.

This is why it is so important not to lie on any application as they WILL pick up on any discrepancies.
