Yes you are eligible.

But your odds of success? Slim.

Have you done a search of the threads on this forum? There are enough examples on here that will basically say the same thing. Had you done any research here before posting, you would already know the answer and the reason.

But, having said that, it's only my gut feeling coupled with anecdotal evidence of those who have come before you and been rejected. So go ahead and apply.

There is no suck thing as Gut Feelings that can tell whether can be approved or Rejected. For the Status in Singapore no one can tell whether it can be approved or not , There are cases where you need to study more further before advising others , I only wanted to check what can be the opinion of others , FYI , i got my Citizenship approved last week and now in the process of fulfilling the conditions. I have come in the same forum before 6 months and asked an opinion which said a negative view similar to your view. So this might really be a misguide for other applicants who are looking forward to apply.

Singapore Citizens are based on Quality and certain criteria s in which they are assessed. They are looking for Quality citizens , so if you are under that , it is a go for you. It is not like PR application assessment.

Why is that? I reckon I've been right far more than the few times I've been wrong. Someone ask for an opinion, I give it. No more, no less. We don't give assurances nor guarantees. Only opinions. I'm wondering if you are nothing but a troll. Sure has a pong about it.

Just so I'm clear on this: You want to know what your chances are, of getting the Citizenship that you've just got?

Oh... that makes a lot of sense! :???:
