I have been googling and searching high and low about the chances of rib/nasal/septum cartilage nasal graft being dislodged (not on its own) due to external traumas, eg. a shoulder bump into your face in a crowded place or even something as extreme as a punch to the face; but have yet to find a definite answer.
In another words, to what extent does " time will allow tissues to be incorporated into the graft " prevent shifting due to future traumas.
really hope to hear from fellow PSers.

I don't have the experience to share but i understand your anxiety. Maybe it would be a good idea to talk to your prospect surgeon regarding this issues.
I understand that it's surgery has it's own risks, however, there are also rewards if we follow religiously the guidelines and suggestions from our trusted surgeon.
Concerning the external traumas, your chosen lifestyle will be a great factor for this issue. If you are leading an active lifestyle, like sports and stuff then maybe you could reconsider.
Good luck to your new venture.
