Breach of Employment contract Issues

Dear Friends,
I don't know this is the right place to post regarding my issues with breach of contract

I am a Singapore PR

Last December i had a contract with a HR firm for 5 day training on supply chain management

successfully done my training for their client and i Submitted time sheet and attendance sheet signed by trainers

but still now this HR firm dragging me and not paying as per my contract
as he is telling that his client is not paying

i had sent more than 50 emails and phone calls and even complaint to MOM

in reply to my complaint in MOM wrote a letter to consultant a lawyer

if any one had such issues please let me know

all kind of advice's are welcome and appreciated

Kevin,

You are being f*cked. Unless you signed a contract stating that you would not get your money until they got their money, you are getting the big one slid into you.

Grow some balls. Unless this is a major client of yours that you cannot afford to piss off, tell them you expect payment in 10 business days or you will be referring the matter to a solicitor. Then, do it. Pay the money to have a solicitor send a demand letter.

These people are just trying to screw you over because they think they can get away with it.
