I have a concern. I just got my IPA and my SVP is only until Monday, Feb25. I've read that I can ask MOM to give me an extension while processing my papers. Can I ask for an extension from MOM on the day my SVP expires?

You can ask nothing stopping you. They also can give or not give, their choice.
